  • Tronxy X5sa pro bed keeps dropping before printing.

    Ok so I have been using 2 Anycubic I3 mega's that have had no real issues. minor things here and there. Decided I wanted a bigger printer and was going to get a Creality Cr20 V2 but decided to same a few Dollars and went with the Tronxy X5sa Pro. Have been trying to get the z axes to set but seems to drop 20cm as soon as the print begins letting the plastic just droop out onto the bed. Every thing is level the firmware is up to date and no issues with the stepper motor. Any help would be useful...

  • Sorry, I am not familiar with a tronxy x5sa pro but if it were me I would be taking apart the heated head to see if the wheel is loose and I would bet there is something to tighten it with if so. Make sure it is turned off and not hot. I doubt that you could do any harm by having a look except that you might find nothing wrong in which case you will at least know how to pull it apart if you need to in the future.     Hi james here. I am newto 3d printing but researched it alot. I have a tronxy x5sa pro 330x330x400. I got everthing assembled and leveled. It even extrudes filament manually. I went to print and it moves and works but it seems the filament is not there. Like it melts the plastic barely and doesnt extrude nearly enough. Its set for a .4 nozzle i guess. I dont know what to do. The temp are with 200 e 50 hb
